�� What is PVA Liquid (Mould Releasing Agent)?PVA Liquid is a water-based, film-forming mould release agent primarily composed of Polyvinyl Alcohol. Regardless of the temperature or cement type, concrete mixes containing calcium chloride will always have a faster cure rate than plain concrete.
